About

All Media Services is a full-service rental house and set design supplier operating in the heart of Long Island City, New York. We offer an extensive collection of distinctive furniture, decorative accessories, lighting, rugs and hand props. Each item has been hand-selected to accommodate a wide range of use in film, television, photography, commercials, and event-design.

Browse our entire inventory in our Online Shop which offers pictures, prices, dimensions, and quantities for each item. Additional pictures or information is provided for many of our props. Select a category to browse or search for specific items. Add items to your cart and select your rental dates to request a reservation. A member of our team will confirm your request via email or phone.

Come stop by our warehouse in-person between 7am – 4pm, Monday – Friday. Please keep in mind that a majority of our inventory is tucked away in storage and only certain quantities are displayed for viewing. If you would like to view anything specific, please email a list of items and we can have them pulled before you arrive.

Pickup/Return

Pickups and returns can be made during our normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 7am to 4pm. We work with all budgets and can assist in last-minute arrangement. All rentals are protected with plastic wrap, furniture blankets, or boxed with bubble wrap before pickup. All packing items should be returned to AMS at the end of the rental period.

Payment

All rental prices are shown for a rental period of 7 days. If a product is rented for any additional weeks, a 50% discount will be allocated to the original price for each week that follows. We require payment by check or bank transfer. Credit card payments are also accepted, please specify if this is your preferred payment method. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to items. Damages may be billed as either a repair, cleaning fee, or up to the full purchase cost if lost or destroyed beyond repair.

Refunds

No refund will be issued once rentals have left our warehouse. Rentals that are confirmed and then canceled may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Terms

By placing an Order, Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless All Media Services, Inc. and its agents and employees, against any claims of any sort resulting from any activity in connection with the Props being rented. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties to this Agreement and supersedes all negotiations and understandings between the parties whether oral or written, expressed or implied.
